On the slopes of the Monte Amiata, in the province of Siena, lies the Pigelleto Nature Reserve, one of the greatest site for biodiversity in Tuscany. At 800 mt, on a spur of rock, stands Il Roccone, an estate dating back to 1859, which is surrounded by majestic trees and a centuries-old chestnut grove. It is among the sounds, the colors and the smells of this peculiar habitat that takes place the laborious mechanical and hand-made production by Cultura e Materia. The spirit of this unique place deeply permeates all the creations so that they retain indelible traces of the grace of Nature.
